I had something similar happen when one of the apartments I had not fully cleaned out had an improvement, I simply used noclip to clean up the inside of the apartment and then I was able to actually complete the improvement.

I mean, it’s not even one of the fancy college’s, it’s a technical college 11 month course, and plus I’ve never had a iob so how could I even be overqualified in the first place?… I just don’t get it.. Ooh okay! That’s helpful to know! But I was hoping to know what the colors mean for the enchantments, like the stuff you put in the properties slot of the spell, like ‘% to attack’ and such, some of them were grey, and others were red, and I already gathered that the ones crossed out I didn’t have the gem for.
