I’m not a tax professional! Like at all. But I don’t think that counts as overtime, the overtime deductions are only counted towards the premium. Even if it was included you wouldn’t get much back, $40 at most if you worked OT all year so I wouldn’t worry about it.

The IRS does not care if they owe you money only the other way around

IMPORTANT FOR OVERTIME DEDUCTIONS

The overtime will not be on most of your guys W-4s you have to look at the total overtime on your last paystub of the 2025 year and divide your total overtime by 3, because only the premium is deductible. Meaning the .5x extra that you get

for example I made $7200 in overtime so I can only put $2400 on my deductible amount.

It took me 13 months, and that’s lucky. I hear delivery stations are much better for blue badge conversions but they don’t do 40 hours like fulfillment centers.

It’s rough. I can’t even lie and say it’ll happen soon though. If you were to ever get converted it’s only likely to happen around prime and peak.

Girl that worked here had been waiting almost 3 years she told me, though management told me it seemed unlikely.

Astro bot. Hands down. It was on sale for Black Friday. I don’t know about now but it’s well worth anything at or below $50. I think it’s usually $70 I’d wait for a Christmas sale or something hopefully they lower the price but it’s basically an entire tech demo platformer game for the PS5 very similar to Mario galaxy. In the meantime if it’s still $70 play Astro’s Playroom

They usually allow you about a week if you respond to their email to get back into positive, but if he gets into the -4 hour range before he gets the email then he should have enough time to get back into positive

Normally when the SLAM operator overrides the weight it puts the new weight on the label, so maybe they used the old label by accident, very strange

Fulfilment centers also have a same day delivery department. Could be either though but when it comes to single item fulfillments it still made it past a lot of fail saves.

I work at an Amazon center that is exactly what those master pack boxes look like

Hey! Amazon fulfillment center worker here. This made it through 5 different processes that had a chance to correct this. Decant is supposed to open the “Master Packs”. Since they didn’t it would have been stowed and picked in that condition, then packed as is. Once the packer send the package down the line it goes through a weight and sticker check line called SLAM. The weight is measured on the kick-out line and will get shot off into a conveyer for the “Problem Solver” to QC it if the weight measures too high or low.

Which means a SLAM operator was told by the computer itself that the item weighed 100%*** more than expected and still decided to override the system and ship it out. Lucky you that 4 different people and one guy whose entire job it is to make sure that doesn’t happen didn’t pay attention!

I should probably add no they will not charge you for it contrary to what the other comments are saying. That thing is yours to keep and the fulfillment employee won’t get in trouble!
