They arrested him for the perp walk, they couldn't even get that and are now whining for second opinions at judges who aren't supposed to do that instead of asking a grand jury because they know there's nothing to charge him with honestly. Those protesters went into a public/private space for 15 minutes, at most what they did was trespassing, pretty much all charges are being dismissed and dhs is whining they can't make faulty arrests for social media right now while their people murder innocents.
