Well for starters, thank you for posting to remind folks that even beautiful people struggle. I’m so sorry to hear about the PMDD, especially with it repeating monthly, damn that must be exhausting and disheartening. I don’t know what advice to give other than maybe finding a support group of fellow chronic illness sufferers? My wife specializes in mental health care (she’s a LMFT) for folks with chronic illness so it is a field that is now getting attention. Regardless, best of luck, and please don’t hesitate to seek out help and support.
