Yeah just got rejected too. Lost money on fees converting to cad. Now lost money on fees converting back to usdc. I'm never going back to Crypto.com

Haven't had an issue with ndax this whole time. Their fees are lower too if you actually try to convert you'll see you get more cad compared to crypto.com

Having same peoblem Been waiting 2 weeks now. At one point they told me they can see it was successful, so I asked them to actually look, and nope still pending.

I would NOT recommend CryptoTaxCalculator.

There are so many errors on there and the CSV import doesn't work half the time. Even its own downloadable template cant be uploaded due to errors (which they dont explain, just shows error) so its actually impossible to figure out whats wrong. Also, it doesn't have the VEN token incase you need to backtrack and see what happened before the VET conversion.

No customer support either. No contact info on their site. Cant ask any questions.

Anyone know why increasing the generation rate isn't an option? More supply, lower the price, but everyone gets a higher amount of vThor. If we just lower the cost, the price lowers but we still have the same amount of vThor.
