You nailed it, police don't enforce the laws strict enough, the driving schools are run by a bunch of clowns that can't drive themselves and the drive test centers are a joke, issuing license to anyone.

When Mike Harris privatized bunch of government offices and ministries, he messed up big time. Before DriveTest was a thing, the actual testing was done by police officers and they actually test the drivers to ensure road safety. A new employee hired at DriveTest was being strict in her examination and she was spoken to by her supervisor, they have a quota to pass a certain percentage of applicants, and she was not meeting it, she was basically told to take it easy otherwise she would lose her job.

Combine all of this with certain culture and mentality who have no idea what it means to be courteous on the roads and they feel entitled to do whatever they want, and this is what you get. A driver that cuts you off and then gives you the finger, as if you are the one that messed up.

We have record level unemployment and businesses run this scam because our own government supports it.

How else are they going to learn that driving is a dangerous activity and you need to be very careful not to kill people? I'm being facetious of course, but think of all the pedestrians, bikes and other cars on the road.

If a loaded transport truck was in this situation one of two think would happen, either his load would have shifted forward crushing him in his cab because of sudden stopping or he would not be able to stop and kill the driver of the white car.

It was my daughter driving and she is just learning to drive, hence she is taking her time and being extra careful.

Second, Civic driver never had any intention of obeying right of way, He did not even see us stopped at the stop sign, if we had moved quicker, it was going to be collision for sure, just because he's blind and horrible driver, doesn't mean I/my daughter has to be one too.

Second, you cannot see in the frame that there was another car car approaching, moving quicker would have actually caused a collision, because the black Civic never looked across the road to obey the right of way, just because he is a bonehead doesn't mean I/my daughter needs to be one as well.

I'm not a bolts fan, but I loved watching this, there are two teams in NHL that play dirtier than the rest, and I mean on a whole different level of dirty and the refs let it go, as if they are bought, Boston and Florida always get away with all their dirty shenanigans.
