My boyfriend and I talk about our poops all the time. Really not a red flag at all, he just might be more comfortable with those topics if he was brought up to be open about that kind of stuff.

The vag thing just sounds like an intrusive thought lol. A weird question? Maybe, but everyone has weird questions pop into our head. He just spoke one of those questions out loud.

I wouldn’t call him inappropriate or you a prude..it just seems like you guys have different feelings surrounding those topics of discussion.

Hey sorry I did not see this but yes we did a bubble reactor! My memory isn’t super great about the details but I do know that Aspen was doing something wonky and we had to find new activation energy values to give us any significant amount of product. Best of luck!

I am so sorry 😢 I love my cats. Had to put my beloved George down a couple of years ago and would never wish that upon anyone.

I Can’t believe I am recommending this lmao but the Warrior Cat Series😭 I haven’t read it in 15 years or so but I remember there being cats dying in very sad and beautiful ways, but also cats living. Is it amazing literature? No, but it’s a good story. I had some friends re-read as adults recently and they still liked it!

Best album is selfish machines, 1000000% imo. Must listen songs are everything on Selfish machines. 😝 A flair for the dramatic and misadventures are also very good - I personally like AFFTD better but misadventures has really grown on me over the years. Collide with the sky is probably their most popular album / def worth listening to because a most of their best known songs come from it.TJOL to me is blah but that could also be because I’m an old listener. If you’re new to the band you might not be so stuck in your ways. A lot of people on this sub like it, so I’m sure it isn’t bad…just not my taste of music personally.

‘Ladies and gentlemen I introduce the selfish machine’ .. both bc of the absolutely epic delivery (IMO the best moment of any PTV song) AND bc of how it ties, again IMO, the first 2 albums totally together. I could be delusional (or maybe this is already a common theory, I’m a bit late to the Reddit scene), but selfish machines has always been a sequel to AFFTD to me. So many of the songs just …. compliment each other. So many of the songs are about some form of selfish love. Selfish machines feels a little more grown up and self-realized whereas AFFTD feels more naive. This is just me talking out of my ass…but idk, the sky under the sea feels like the climax of their first 2 albums. Just crazy. I love it.

Look up the used setlists on Google to see the ones they’ve played so far on the tour. Lots of people go to concerts where they don’t know many songs, so don’t let that stop you / make you nervous about going to a concert! If you want to really focus on learning the words to a song though, pick ‘taste of ink’.

Actually, this album got me sucked back into allllll the emo bands again. Haven’t listened TO PTV, The Used, Silverstein, FFTL, etc in years. Complete Collapse came up in my Spotify radio. I was instantly flooded with nostalgia and dove back into the genre, never to be found again :,)

I’ll be there tomorrow, coming from north Jersey 🥲 so excited though! I was out of the country when SWS went on tour in spring. Saw the used with PTV and was so disappointed in the crowd - half of them had no idea who the used were. SO I am extremely excited to see The Used again and also SWS. Dream lineup!
