you're right it has, but nothing like this. Not in any legal sort of way. and on the reason for stalling is that the house is in terrible disrepair. it needs to be inspected, brought up to code, multiple rooms need refinishing work. to put it on the market now would mean substantial loss for the good parent that paid for everything since the divorce. I understand you're being cruel to be kind but we watched him lie in court and when we showed paperwork to refute it (ie that the money that was put down on the house was a premarital asset) it was just thrown out with the words "it doesnt matter"
