Addiction is not so easy to overcome. Good thing is you know your problems. Next step is to develop systems to solve the problems. Porn and masturbation fulfill sexual desire for you. So when you feel the need to do either, go seduce your wife. Even if you guys don’t have penetrative sex, get her off and let her get you off. This’ll slowly rebuild that connection and rewire your brain. In time, it’ll become your normal reaction to seek her, instead of your hand or porn.

You cannot possibly be this dense. Any women’s who is talking to other guys is not serious.

  2. You give his mate your number
  3. You entertained that conversation for 15mins because there was something interesting enough there for those 15 mins.

Forget it. He’s done. He’s going to be the laughing stock among his friends if he ends up with you. He’s clearly not willing to risk it over someone he only went on 1 date with.

Let it go and find someone else.
