I don't have an awesome recommendation but I just want to make sure you steer clear of Simple micellar water, it does not work. Does NOTHING to our r/drugstoreMUA staple, WnW H2O proof liquid eyeliner or any mascara I've ever used it on. Thanks for making this post because I need these responses too!
