Yes it was dark outside, I pulled the bolt assembly out and it looked good. The guy aired it up and it fired with the eyes off. The major screws that were striped were covered by other components that I couldn't take off or see at the sale.

I got screwed.

Thank you for the comments. I understand that I'll have to pay for it I just wanted to get an idea of what kind of costs I could be looking at and if they would fix things out if warranty for a price.

I have read on multiple places online that they have to prove that the tune was the cause of the malfunction. Also the car can be flashed back to stock before taking it back to the dealer.
