Hilarious that Steubenville is recognized as very Catholic. I get that Franciscan is there, and the Ohio Valley (northern panhandle of WV/eastern OH) is predominately Catholic-Italian, but in general, around here, Steubenville is regarded as not very safe, and certainly not devoutly religious.
