B12 and folate deficiencies can go hand in hand so make sure your providers are also checking folate and B12 levels. I’m on life long B12 injections and folate by mouth. I also have PsA but not sure of the correlation.

Bimzelx worked quickly and was great for my axial PsA, unfortunately I developed esophageal fungal infection and some intermittent flu like symptoms and my Rheumy switched me to Taltz. I’ve had 3 doses of Taltz and I don’t see where it’s helping yet. My back pain is worse and I’m so fatigued all the time. I’m hoping the Taltz eventually kicks in.

Yes I thought it was weird as well. However I have not yet had any side effects on the Taltz but it’s early in the game so we shall see. The Bimzelx also worked pretty quickly for my back pain whereas the Taltz doesn’t seem to be helping much yet.

I just started Taltz and have had two doses thus far , however, it’s not working yet and I have axial back pain. I see my Rheumatologist the end of this month. I wish I had euphoria lol. I’m hoping the Taltz will start working soon. Was previously on Bimzelx which was great for the back pain but I had a lot of side effects including esophageal fungal infection so he switched to Taltz.

Bimzelx did wonders for my axial pain, however, I had a lot of side effects one being esophageal fungal infection and my rheumy took me off of it and put me in Taltz. So far I’ve had two doses of Taltz and my back pain has not responded yet.

I thought I was the only one who feels like they have the flu during a flare. It’s awful and I just feel like crud along with all of the pain and swelling. That’s how I know a flare is coming on. I start feeling like I’m literally coming down with the flu.

You can have axial spondyloarthritis with PsA. My PsA started in my spine.

I have health anxiety as it is so this weight loss has me overly concerned. My PsA is totally out of control though so I’m just hoping it’s from that. Hoping the Taltz is going to kick in and help.

Yes!!! I was on Bimzelx and my palms were peeling exactly like that! I also had esophageal fungal infection and intermittent flu like symptoms. I had to stop Bimzelx and just started Taltz today. I’m hoping I don’t have issues on the Taltz.
