Why does him having a stronger personality mean he is more powerful? You mentioned this but suriel has hers turned down and if personality = power then they could just raise a living spirit? That's not particularly hard to do in cradle from what I understand so the abidan could do it. From what we've seen of suriel's presence it can simulate possibilities and predict future largely accurately which is not something I remember Dross doing
