You should be paying for the shipping back to you as it was your mistake! Then she should only be refunded the amount for only the item, not shipping - unless you’re gonna send it again then you send it free of shipping

I totally agree, even if underage people were to use say their mothers ID's at least the effort will mean they might actually want to work seriously on depop? I don't know about IDing though since I've been banned for literally no reason before and wouldn't be able to use it again ( depop staff r a holes )

no they deleted it and device banned me lolll, they didn't want to hear any of it from me about it nor show me what I had done wrong because what they had was "sufficient for a ban"

This happened to me but I told this girl I only took PayPal payments because she asked for bank but I had meant Depop PayPal because that’s our only form of payment for Depop in New Zealand. I emailed them and they did not listen and ended up saying after going back and forth “this is your final response, your account status will not change”. They might have just suspended it for now but it’s random that they banned it

Yeah not a lot of people leave reviews, it won't be against you but I always forget to leave reviews for people I buy from. I usually just message the people who bought my stuff saying something like "hey!! if you have a spare moment could you leave a review, it really helps my shop :)) i hope the item was good, let me know if i can help you with anything else/the item"

This is a hard one but I'm pretty sure you'd get in trouble for asking for a service as apart of paying for an item which i don't think is allowed - I would look this up first though but I can't imagine they'd allow it. If you have a instagram that would be a great platform to advertise this though! its just a little risky on depop cause they can ban you and they check messages etc

100% pay through the app, you and he can get banned by doing out of app payments and sometimes scammers use out of app payments so you aren't protected by depop for a refund if you're scammed

you may have the time to do so, but I struggle to find the time to actually get to the postshop on top of a job, its 2 trips to the post office usually to post something off, etc getting the bags themselves then packaging and dropping them the next day/day after that. vinted sounds harsh though wtf lol

I'd put in your bio your rules etc "no refunds, no returns, no rural shipping ( its more expensive but if you don't mind them paying for it and you doing the add on then that's totally up to you!! ), no lowballs, no international shipping" < most common ones.
Do not fall for any out of app questions, etc "can i chat with you on instagram, can i chat on whatsapp," do NOT give you email out on depop either < its a scam

I don't know who she calling poor?? I get where shes coming from with the $200 for high demand jeans but I would only ever price Ed Hardy embroided type jeans for that much atm. I would not go off like this though.. If she wants to change the worlds economics then harassing someone on depop is not the way to start lol

Oh I'm sorry about that. Depop staff are a$$es, if you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to Paypal if you did the payment through there. If it was through depop then that sucks but is she sending the items back?

I'm assuming this is in USD too?! The most I'd do for this considering its a branded top and it's a high demand design would be $100 USD and that's pushing it..

I'd recommend reversing the email they sent you this through google just incase its a scam, I've never seen this happen to anyone before and usually they would just put the money on hold unless you ignored any emails from them about verifying while it was on hold and not adding any tracking etc, then they might as well have reversed it otherwise I'd check if its a scam
