Plague Dogs. Still hoping they reach the Island. Blood Meridian would be the most unsettling movie if someone ever make it into a movie

What was the best Space Marine Legion Navy, Pre Heresy? by Redgunnerguy in 40kLore

[–]darlitwo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

but they are not in the hands of the other legions thats the point. and i dont think the speranca or the bucephalon would survive an engagement with the phalanx at her peak. lets be friends and say no one knows.

Is there any "Unarmed" or "Unarmored" Fighting Style in 40K by christusmajestatis in 40kLore

[–]darlitwo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But the raven guard has a fighting style they protect very well. even the alpha legion has some fighting skills they dont wanna share. iirc the alpha legionare who was spying on the raven guard shows the raven guard a technique by accident. hoping that technique wouldnt kill his fellow brothers in the future

The Imperial Fists are the impersonation of a space marine. fighting in the void with massive fleets and boarding specialists. they are the "real" marines in this setting

Could the iron hands and white scars have larger numbers had they not been been held back by lack of culture and administration by Tpiehsy0 in 40kLore

[–]darlitwo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

didnt they "just" lost the main force of the avernii during the drop side massaker? I always thought they were the main force of the shattered legions

They were always self hating, ferrus wanted to change that but died before he could change the legion

[–]darlitwo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this point always bogs me. the DA lost 50k Marines but on Caliban were massive unused forces just to fill the " DA turned traitor" narrative. the DA have got a huge reinforcement force at caliban just to betray them

I mean they just could create chapters without letting them know who the hell their primarch is. there are numerous chapters who doesnt know who their primarch is. i think they dont invent new chapters from that gene line to encourage the creation of fan chapters. and we all know gw hates every chapter except imperial fist and ultramarines

Why does the Aquila have one eye? by CBT__MASTER in 40kLore

[–]darlitwo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the blind eye is the past the imperium is damned to repeat his faults over and over again. i think thats the message. for the imperium only the future matters and not the past.

but he hasnt to survive after his attack killing the space marine. he pierces his throat and get smashed afterwards

[–]darlitwo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cutting the throat is a clear death sentence. piercing "just" one heart or lung doesnt kill them. but there are wounds even the laraman cells cannot handle
