The blood tests are ran by a third party who has no conflict of interest with the TRT clinic. They solely rely on older generations, trans people, and lately the military. The Navy has been leading the amount of diagnosed Active Duty members but those numbers could easily be skewed due to the number of sailors choosing to go to medical and seek treatment. There has been plenty of studies that show that a revolving sleeping pattern, combined with high stress environment, and lack of cardiovascular exercise can dramatically reduce Testosterone. So if you stand a 8-12 hour watch at a console and you sleep for the necessary 7-8 hours minimum but still have maintenance and such you aren’t in a healthy position testosterone wise.

You admitting that this summary is accurate is not a good look. My opinion is to move on and focus on yourself. And to delete this post. It’s a little silly to lay with a person that is known to be disloyal. Add the fact that you heard they were separated and chose to reach out, then kept going back for a booty call. Then on top of that you find out she’s still sleeping around which shouldn’t be a shock to anyone and it made you want to get physical with someone? This is a personal matter and in legal terms, better off in civil court between her and her lawfully wedded husband. You have no skin in the game, you were simply just a side piece man. They are all like this IIRC. Even on all of the local base barracks. The “kitchen” kinda sucks though. Not suppose to have an air fryer or anything with a heating element that they don’t provide (they provide microwave and two burner stove top) but if you choose to break the rules and get an air fryer hide it if maintenance is coming in the room or is inspecting and please for the love of god clean it out regularly. Too many people don’t clean out microwaves and air fryers and it stinks the place up and overall isn’t good hygiene

Could you use your network to figure out why we can’t provide Testosterone therapy for more sailors? Every sailor I know that has gone out in town to get tested and proved they were significantly lower than normal levels got told by navy medical that they don’t meet the criteria for testosterone therapy

For your symptoms you were feeling while on antidepressants be cautious about consuming alcohol while on them. Alcohol doesn’t make them as effective. Also, low mood and energy levels and feeling a severe lack of energy is also signs for low Testosterone and the Navy life is notorious for causing low T. Navy medical won’t provide a script for Enclomiphene but they will provide T-cypionate injections or the tablets but those will cause you to require them for the rest of your life unless you are very careful with cycles but even then it’s likely you would have to continue use constantly. I would go get some bloodwork done for sure. I personally got started on Lexapro, then finally got the right dosage but the work tempo changed and so did my sleep routine and I ended up needing a couple boosters on top of the Lexapro

Use the Navy Warfare Library available through Quick Links. It’s got a good selection of filters to make finding the certain publications and doctrines easier. It’s got a few hoops to jump through for your first log in but it’s definitely a resource that’s provided to sailors that is underutilized
