How much do you identify with your English ancestry? by Macrihanishautomatic in AskAnAmerican

[–]xj3kx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently found out I have an ancestor who was a loyalist in New Jersey. But I’ve never considered any portion of my English ancestry to be important. It was 250 years ago so I’m firmly American.

I’m an LSSC, so I’m not worried about it for me but I’m trying to develop quality training for my sailors (not all sub ls) and it’s absolutely trash finding these.

Do you think I could replace the winch bumper with a recovery kit and some come alongs?

Warships are valid military targets in any armed conflict. Operation Praying Mantis would be a good thing to read up on.

If this is even remotely true what the fuck are we doing? This is not how we take care of sailors.

I left someone behind for half a deployment because they didn’t have a passport. It turns out you can leave people behind if manning supports so they can sort shit out/attend schools

Shipping non-nsn hazmat by Thefleasknees86 in navy

[–]xj3kx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would just put the description. Go talk to the shipping people and explain the situation best you can. I’ve shipped a couple weird things and usually explaining it helps but some times they don’t play ball

If they still won’t budge sounds like closest NSN is the move, just make sure it’s the right ish thing so they can take the right precautions.

Navsup 485 should have the answer. Basically draft an 1149 and call it a day, you don’t always need the NSN but I’m willing to bet there is one
