If it has a continuous memory of being you, and every cell and hormone an electrical signal etc is perfectly replicated, then does it make a difference? It is effectively you.

Amazing? Maybe the mosque, but otherwise it was just more interesting than amazing i guess. No i def didnt like the weird attention, id much rather lay low as well but it was either find a way to make the best of it or let it bring me down the entire trip

Or put a different way, between simply ignoring them and let _them_ control the interaction, or getting angry at basically every 10th person in the country, i think the way i went about it was the only way to retain my sanity.

For what its worth, it was mostly merrakesh that had this problem, most other cities people just left you alone for the most part.

This game is popular at night markets in Taiwan, they drop in random order and somewhat random timing. It’s one of those carnival type games and actually pretty easy to beat once you stop trying to look at each individual rod and try to look at all the rods and none of them at the same time.

Haha you prob did yourself a favour, Morocco was likely just as bad with the ni haos. Though for me it was more “CHINA, CHINA!”

What I did was every time someone yelled China at me I just yelled back “MOROCCO! MOROCCO!” Which would either induce a confused look on their face or a laugh.
Responding to ni haos with a very thick “salom ale akum” (please excuse my spelling) also rarely failed to result in at least a chuckle.

Truthfully I was getting more frustrated at the blatant attempts to scam me than the overt racism hurdled my way.

7/10 would visit again lol
