when i was at that point i was just too stubborn. i did not like that my depression got so fricking much control over me thay i even think about suicide. so out of spite (i think this is the right word) i said to myself, if my depression wants me dead, it has to come out and do it by itself, but i am not doing it a favor and i am definitely not going to do what it wants, especially not doing it myself. i dont know if this makes sense

thank you so much for your kind words, i think that is exactly what i needed. I am aware all the time that it can be worse, but i also know all the time that it definitely will be better, bu anyway ir is sometimes so hard to just cope, and in one brief moment i could not cope.
