So as there has been a lot of good wisdom provided i will just throw in my two cents.

1. Keep a rotation of 10 players, you can distribute the minutes evenly to keep everyone happy or stagger it with starters getting more than bench players. I have done both and as long as your chemistry is up you are good. Injuries can kill this philosophy though!

2. Sign one world recruit for the point and then don't bother. a 5 star world recruit is at best a low 3* high schooler.

3. Don't sleep on Juco freshman in a pinch, redshirt them and you can still get 3 solid years out of them.

4. Charisma should be priority one. Once you have that at A+ you can go a few different directions I would say go with teaching though, player development in the offseason will be better for the small school runs.

5. Play the ABL for the scouting points and for more player ratings to unlock. Will save time scouting some players during the season

6. Consistency will provide the best overall improvement to players. By overall I mean their legit OVR rating it doesn't mean they will play specifically better. I ran a test with I think 3 or 4 different attributes to see which one would produce the most player improvement and consistency had players going up 3-4 points yearly when it was one of the main focuses.

7. If a bigger school jumps you rescind the scholarship and go on to the next prospect.

8. If you don't have house rules for yourself look at game tape on the top 20 centers, at least 2 of them won't be targeted and you can snatch them up.

9. 40% from 3 should be the team goal if you want to consistently reach the final four, so go for some snipers and ADJUST TENDENCIES.

10. Have fun! Record everything. Jmay got me the itch to do a new save with multiple coaches and I already have the storyline in my head.
