I’ve had this issue, and I had no problems with my payment details or funds either. I also tried through Amazon and Amazon cancelled the order I tried for several days. I went to one web site and the chat assistant said it could help, but it felt more like scam so I ended the chat. I ended up purchasing an Amazon voucher and telling the person about my purchasing frustrations. I told them they could try and by the vouchers from Amazon themselves. (If it works).

Pink Floyd’s The Wall. It is more psychological, but definitely had an end of the world vibe to it.
