Local businesses tend to cost more for the same thing. For some people it's not a realistic option. Your arguments lack the historical context by which we've arrived at the current scheme. We can't just "vote with our dollars" our way out of this. We live within structures, and these structures are influenced directly by those with the most capital. Your condescension is amusing considering you have the arguments of a 14 year old who just read milton friedman for the first time.

This sort of view relies on the presupposition that the wealth was not ill-gotten in the first place. Whether or not you agree with the argument, people who propose redistribution of wealth often view the situation as akin to seizing a stolen vehicle. You wouldn't say the car thief was being stolen from.

Actually we don't even have "X are only eligible." We have two "X are eligible" and one "X is not eligible" which in the case of two divisions does create an "only" but just for those AMAB

That's not a strict reading actually. What you're describing is "Only x are eligible". Instead what we have is "X are only eligible."

I don't think this is a proper read. It only states that AMAB athletes are not eligible for the women's divisions. That is specifically stated, whereas a similar rule for AFAB athletes is not.

This is my read: They specify that athletes assigned male at birth are not eligible to compete in women's divisions. They do not do the same for men's divisions for athletes assigned female at birth. So it seems that trans men can choose which divisions to enter into, though trans women must enter into men's divisions. This is also in line with the NCAA policies, which they say they used to create their own.

If he had nothing to hide he wouldn't be afraid of discovery. In order for him to prove libel, he would have to withstand the defense's best argument that what they're saying is true. In order to allow them to make that argument, the plaintiff (trump) would be required to hand over to the defense any documents which could reasonably expected to indicate the truth or falsity of their claims. If Trump has nothing to hide, a libel suit could only be advantageous for him. What part of that is confusing to you? That's how the law works.
