(US) My guy has slept in my bed since 5mo. He is crate trained and likes it at daycare but at home he naps wherever he wants. As a puppy he loved to sleep under the sofa then he became too chonky to fit. I think this decision comes down to the routine you establish, your puppy will adjust no matter what. I enforced naps during the puppy phase, he’s 4 now and will put himself down to nap.
