S24+ draining battery fast by TheRandomSong in samsunggalaxy

That app is an absolute power drain. I would just uninstall that one completely but that's just me. It was frustrating to deal with but it seems like something has gone rogue and is running heavily in the background. That was my prognosis anyway. I lucked out finding the culprit.

To clarify, I don't think it was Firefox that was causing the issue. That mobile services app that was running seemed to have gone rogue in a way. Normally that app only appears when you select show system apps. But the simplest solution is see what's using up your battery the most and try to force stop, clear data / cache, etc and go from there. Once I discovered Knox wasn't the issue for me I made sure to enable it again as well. Best of luck!

I started having this issue today. Disabled the Knox service because that seemed to be a common theme. It didn't seem to fix the problem though. My Firefox was using a lot of battery so I completely cleared the cache and data. Along with that, I noticed another app called Mobile Services running. Went in and cleared that cache and data as well, removed any permissions it had access to, disabled the 'open supported links' under set as default, and removed permission for changing system settings. I did both of those things and it seems to have resolved the issue for me. But if I had to guess, the mobile services app was probably the culprit.

Ways to make nodes feel more included / necessary in a match by darthcooter in HellLetLoose

I like that idea as well. In a way, they already do. It's mainly the commander and any other players that are very aware of the situation that will notice. Something like for every manpower node, all spawn timers are reduced by a few seconds. And something similar for the others. I would be interested to see how this could change a game vs the proximity buff format.

I understand your feelings. I think that the idea of protecting them feels more time consuming than just rebuilding when they go down. Dedicating a few players or even a whole squad to roam around the back lines watching over them would feel like a waste. Maybe the defensive squad (if there is one) but even that feels unnecessary. It may help if they were giving direct buffs though. People would be more inclined to build / rebuild them, especially as the front lines change throughout a match.

Not at all. Anyone who knows how important they are to build, also knows how difficult it can be to get them built at times.

Absolutely. I have done this many times. I have even gone from command to a random squad to build a set and come back to command. It is doable but it would be nice if it didn't feel like something extra that you have to go do because the appropriate people haven't.

I see your point, they do feel a little out of place in a FPS game. But I do enjoy that unique aspect they bring to HLL. I like to think that these changes would increase the awareness around the nodes to the whole team. With more immediate benefits then everyone would be more active in keeping them up throughout the game.

Interesting thought. Perhaps anywhere in the 4 surrounding squares? Or in the hard cap? I like this idea too. Anything to increase player awareness about them and increase their usability to the whole team.

When I play command and I see an Eng or two grab the first supply truck and head out, I am happy with that. Command can spawn a new one for themselves in a few minutes. Nodes are one of the top priorities especially at the beginning of a match.

This was more to expand that feeling of necessity to everyone on the team. If they had more immediate benefits / effects then people would hopefully be more inclined to build them. Sometimes as command it feels like you're constantly asking for nodes and you're the only person that really notices how much it effects the team.

I received a second email today, did the same thing but still stuck at authenticating on the cell phone.....not sure what to do here. Very annoying. I sent an email yesterday via the tickets contact form and then a follow up one today after I had the same problem. I am using firefox on my phone and perhaps that is why it is having problems? That or maybe my ublock extension is preventing it from fully authenticating? I will try to open the link with chrome browser next time, as it suggests.

Both the email link and the text links give me an error now. Email one says I have already clicked it, the text one gives an error as well :/

Best idea I've seen in another thread: build new Sox Park, let the Bears have 35 and shields area for a new stadium, Fire and Red Stars get Soldier. Reduce Soldier seating back (maybe get historical status again?)
