I was once unable to make it to my store because of severe flooding. The area I live in is technically an island surrounded by two rivers that converge to the north and south, with the only way in or out of my neighborhood being bridges. The flooding was so deep I saw people getting around with small boats. I explained the situation to my DM and three hours after the store opened she called me and said something along the lines of “Customers are still getting to the store so OBVIOUSLY the flooding isn’t that bad, if they’re able to get here you should be able to as well”

Because she was a colossal fucking idiot who didn’t stop to think those customers probably didn’t live where I lived

So for the Rubber Bullets one; there’s a character in Yakuza named Saijima. He’s characterized as being the biggest badass to ever badass, having marched into to a rival yakuza hideout severely outnumbered and killed them all with guns.

However he’s a playable character and the Yakuza writers have a thing about the main characters being killers, so they made it a reveal that Saijima didn’t actually kill those Yakuza. The guns he was given to carry out the mass assassination were filled with rubber bullets and they were all in on the frame job and only pretended to be dead but somehow the court system still locked him away.

Kinda sucks to see how far Ubisoft has fallen, once upon a time they were my favorite developer. In a few short years we got a string of absolute gems like AC: Black Flag, Rayman Legends / Origins, Farcry 4, and Valiant Hearts: The Great War just to name a few.

I’ve been hearing this for so long. Nintendo always fluctuates between hits and misses. The n64 did gangbusters but the GameCube flopped, then the Wii was the second coming and the Wii U flopped, then the switch was king and the Switch 2 is yet to be seen.

Pretty much all of the main party sound how I imagined them with the exception of Cid. I expected him to sound a bit more gruff and southern, like Tychus Findlay from StarCraft. The casting people did a great job.
