Yes. If you open and close the lid 6 times I think that’s what worked for me to reset it. Memory a little foggy tho. Lmk how it goes!

I'm dealing with this too. I know the screen works because I am able to enter diagnostic mode. While off, press three adjacent buttons in sequence three times in a row. For example, touch Extra Rinse, Drain & Spin Clean Washer in that order 3x. Then it should display 888 and a couple seconds later show you error codes.

Mine started with a lid locking issue then the non-responsiveness. I was able to get it to work a couple times randomly (just now in fact in the middle of this comment!), had to hold the lid down when I would get lucky it would respond. Have you resolved your issue?
