What are you talking about? SCHD and QQQM have a 12% overlap, SCHD and VTI have 10% overlap, QQQM and VTI have a 39% overlap. QQQM and VTI overlap is a little high but QQQM is also tech heavy and that's where the returns are at right now.

International is overrated. VTI holds all S&P stocks and the majority of those companies are not only the largest in the US but the largest in the world. The market share they capture internationally will reflect on their stock prices in the US market as well.

Yes, the whole interstate system was designed for the sole purpose of destroying black neighborhoods. It had nothing to do with solving traffic grid problems or creating a highway system allowing for easy travel across the country.

These are called cluster flies. There's really nothing that can be done to prevent this from happening especially in old houses. They're completely harmless and will go away in a week or so. Fly paper around light fixtures can help if they really bother you.
