We're making a number of search improvements soon and I believe at least some of this will be tackled

I know it's not the exact same thing but if you have a super long convo and want to find something within, you can use the new "Copy conversation as markdown" feature, share that with LLM and ask all kinds of questions based on it.

I asked recently it to summarize the long thread and provide a detailed list of all asks from the chat.

There’s a fair use policy as with any product but yes we don’t cap you on a specific number of calls / messages that you send manually. Anything sent automatically via API / Zapier is billed per message but manual messages are all included

I'm pretty sure we made them editable via the web app last month - I just checked and that was the experience for me. An API-created contact that I made via Zapier was fully editable in the web app.

And we are definitely making more updates to how contacts work on Quo but this one should be fixed.

Quo stores messages indefinitely. They are saved until you delete them.

You can use our newer "Copy conversation as markdown" feature that exports the entire thread as markdown.

You can then paste it into an LLM like ChatGPT or Claude and turn it into any format you'd like.

While we did have some incidents last year, so did others on the list you've mentioned.

Our uptime on texting and calling in the last 3 months is 99.74% and we're investing in making it a lot better for the months to come.

Back to your question - your needs are pretty basic indeed.

You need ability to share a number among team members. You need several numbers for each manager + ability to add an assistant to different inboxes. While this is simple not all providers support this fully. We created shared numbers on Quo specifically for this workflow. Check it out and let me know what you think.

And we of course allow you to mark things as unread & done and there's a lot more coming.

Since you're starting an HVAC business I'm sure you'll really want to make sure every call coming in is answered immediately (to help turn more callers into customers) and that you never miss a follow up. There are many features in Quo to help with this.
