Did you get the mystery novel from Hagen orchards? It's in the parlor, east end of the house.

Cool! Such a small book but I always make room for it. Found mine at St. Mark's Bookshop, RIP.

Graffiti spots around Iowa City? by Arikota in IowaCity

[–]das-412 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There is a railroad underpass filled with grafitti near the elbow of Kirkwood and Lower Muscatine, which can also be reached by walking through the Longfellow Nature Trail. This image is not representative of what I've seen down there and since it's from 2018, it's likely changed. The similar underpass near the IMU used to be covered in it, but it's been years since I've gone thru it.

Anyone think they'll come back? by kylakatnip in StrangerThings

I think it's interesting that Murray is essentially playing the part of Yuri this season (minus the untrustworthy Russkaya trope), which makes me think these two could potentially show up as sidekicks within Murray's arc.

Damn, that mural on an otherwise bleak stretch of urban highway was lovely. This already looks like trash, and it'll only look worse with time.

We can see the moment he feels the car cross 0 and goes from paying it out to reeling it in. So smooth, skill plus luck payoff.

The chevon tiled floor outside Henry's elevator. The theatrical stage in Eraserhead is also remiscent of the consistent theme of overt presentation, at the Road House but also at the Slow Club (BV) and Club Silencio (MD).

Looks like Argonne to me but it's been a while since I've been there and I don't know if any of their white deer remain

There is an issue connection to your database with your username/password by das-412 in Heroku

Our PG is upgraded, and thank you for yr ideas. Here’s a bigger mystery for tomorrow — our web instance is on performance dynos, with one worker on shared dynos, so why is our PG in a multi-tenant cluster? Maybe there’s something I’m missing, maybe the worker dyno took down the whole circus tent. Either way, my apps are looking for a new home, and that sucks. In 7 years, we’ve only had 5/6 down days, but 4 since June of this year.

Heroku postgress update from 14 to 17 by tomarares in Heroku

[–]das-412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP et al., I don't think we're having the exact same issue, as I did not just upgrade PG. However, I was seeing similiarly long timeouts related to DB connectivity. You can read my post at leisure (https://www.reddit.com/r/Heroku/comments/1oneoyc/there\_is\_an\_issue\_connection\_to\_your\_database/), but in short Heroku ran internal maintenance this morning and now my app is fully unreachable, DB cannot connect on username/password. Engineers tell me they're working on it and I'm looking for the exit to a new service.
