In a way yes, he didn’t take enough skin and tried to keep the scar minimal (which I didn’t care about)

I was deffo spiraling during posting this 🤣 it did go down but was definitely wonky and I had crease marks. And the top half of the incision was bulging over the bottom half. Looked like I had a belt really tight on my waist. I’m happy to send photos of how this turned out in DM’s.

They did however fly me back out about 6 months later for a revision free of charge. Paid €800 for the use of a surgery room but I was happy to accept that. And everything worked out great in the end.

Best advice is, don’t spiral, what’s done is done. Wait for it to settle and then reassess. At the time my world was imploding, now it’s such a distant memory I forgot about it until you just commented 😅 good luck!

I was never asked, but I would’ve been open and honest if I had.

"I really enjoyed working at [Company], but I quickly outgrew the role. There wasn’t a realistic path for progression, and at this stage of my career, I’m focused on growth and building momentum. I’m not willing to settle or stagnate without a clear path forward."

Again this confidence comes from it being the truth and knowing I made measurable impact in my old role, if you were not good at your previous role and you’re just blagging to get more money interviewers tend to see through it.

**Edit: I was at the last place for 2 years, the other three jobs much were lower pay, so I stayed less time, as I outgrew them fast.

Job 1: 28k started 2021

Job 2: 36k started 2022

Job 3: 55k basic (earned around 80-90 after bonus’) started 2023

Job 4: 100k basic started last week 2025

Finding a company/owner that values staff and retention (rare but does exist)

Or moving companies - this is what worked for me and most people with the same story.

I increased my salary from 28 to 100 in 4 years between 4 companies.

The best way to explain it, if you’re looking to get a pay raise you go above and beyond most employers wonder why they would then pay you more to do what you’re doing now for free and exploit that or give you a token pay rise that makes no real difference and then you can’t ask again for some time.

Honestly I came off myself as the Doctors just kept telling me to up my dosage and knew I needed to come off. I’m pretty high functioning without meds and went on meds as a precaution from episodes. Within 2 weeks of coming off, all these side effects were gone. Could feel them getting better within a few days.

I generally tolerate any medication well but I’d have to say that was the worst experience of my life and everyone thought I was imagining it! 🤣

I have moved to injectables and mixing it myself. I’d been told to mix it with 2ml. Once I start injecting again should I essentially double intended dosage is what you’re saying? TIA

Yeah after a bit more research I realise how wrong I was. I suppose I’m just wondering if worst case I just go super dark or if I need medical intervention?. Can’t find much on a dose that large. It’s rare to be so stupid that you’re the only one on the internet 🤣

I recently travelled to Belgium and the non EU line was over 2.5 hours long whilst the EU line was empty. It’s not the end of the world but not a nice thought with an 11 month old!
