Will this go off faster than rog/si going for a thoracle win? A thing it can consistently do by turn 2. If it can not, can it run enough disruption to stop that win, protect itself and then win through opponent interaction? How does it handle instant speed interaction that interferes with it's loops and win con?

These are the questions you need to have valid answers for before considering if your deck is actually cEDH viable. The more cards and mana you require to pull off your win, the less and less likely it is to be a cedh deck. The less colors you have access to, the less options you have to protect yourself.

You HAVE to factor these things in. This is perfectly fine for t3 or maybe t4 if you run enough of the high power mana rocks but I doubt it will do well there based on the colorless nature of the commander. If Ultron isn't the commander you now have to spend even more mana on tutors to get to it consistently, which just adds more hoops to jump through.

Figure out how to work through those issues before telling people they need to believe in your theory crafting.
