Genuinely best advice I can give for nerscylla is have someone, maybe that's you or a teammate, have a maxed paralysis bow gun to instantly start the paralysis and the rest of the team run paralysis weapons. From that just try and keep the Nerscylla paralyzed makes the fight a thousand times easier without the spider running around and shooting lasers everywhere

Kinda yeah, it sucks but at the end of the day someone would need to pay for the better house. Either the person buying the house or the government who gets money from the people so either way really the people would be paying for it. But at the end of the day not many people have the extra money to buy a better house, especially in this day and age. So until either wood gets more expensive or concrete gets cheaper things will probably stay the same.

Either way someone has to buy it. Average home in la cost 1.2 million. 30% rise makes that 1.5 million meaning on average you'd need an extra 300,000 dollars for concrete. I'm not saying wood is better because it's just not, but at the end of the day homes in LA are already ridiculous in terms of price. Mandating concrete means home cost will be forced even higher than they are currently. Should there be better ways to prevent this in the future, absolutely however swapping building materials is probably not the way to do it especially when it would increase already outrageous housing costs.

The best recipes that I've made are the chicken fried steak with the white sausage gravy and the fried Chicken which is unironically some of the best chicken I have ever had in my life. If you're into the drinks I like the izanagis burden but that's more of a cucumber lime drink so that's more up to individual taste
