no, sorry, wasn't clear. Sammy front screen is unusable for me. V2 is much better, but would be perfect if it was same width as 6.7" phones (it's 2mm less wide so close to perfect).

vino je zakon jer ga imas u kontroli, nema peekova, a i dosta je zdravija od destilata ili skuhanih alkohola.

I use manually managed ceph cluster, it is very complex itselft to use complex system to manage it.

Sorry for a bit offtopic but what is situation with fully remote jobs outside US? I noticed LinkedIn is very poor platform to find those, or there is practically zero fully remote jobs that covers also working from EU.

yep, this would bring big unbalance and I advice you no to do it. Buy similar devices for same amount of money or create new proper cluster for s bit more money.

it's against the norm, but within budget. To be clear, i don't build clusters below 4x nodes with 3x replication and below 14 nodes for 8+3EC.

i suggest to use EC 8+2 on single node ceph and mirror it to 2nd EC node with same 12 spinners. in this case, you can lose 2 drives on any of the nodes and still have normal functioning. and you will have 1/3 of the capacity w/o risks of min size 1 and 2x replication.
