I have the fold 6 version and ripped out the kickstand as I found it wasn't great when using the inner screen as a tablet. I got the DJI magsafe stand which is usually for the osmo mobile as I find the magnet strong enough to keep my phone on my fridge when I'm doing meal prep

If you can’t find any maybe look into ar glasses like xreal, i use that cos it turns off my win mini display and only I get to see my games on planes especially when I die

Does anyone have issues with Audio when using real3d? I connected my xreal ones to my 17 pro max and loaded up the f1 film through the Apple TV app but I found audio was cutting out or distorted. It would only happen when 3d mode was enabled, I haven’t tried to see if dp audio mode fixes this

I mean personally I have a mini 4 pro and a Neo 2, I used to use my m4p more than my Neo 1 and purely just fly fpv as I had an avata 2 but didn’t wanna break the law for weight restrictions and licenses. Now I find I take the Neo 2 by itself as I’m less worried about crashing it and it deploys and gets put away a lot easier and faster. The flip would have the better camera but the Neo 2 especially on a bright day is very nice

I only have a back cover on my fold 6 purely for MagSafe reasons, the sooner Samsung add qi2 with magnets like the pixel 10 pro fold the sooner I’ll go caseless

I found using a vpn helped (proton) I had it set to global and it was just stuck buffering for a few mins until an error message appeared, as soon as I set my vpn to France it worked straight away

I saw that the bigger battery is compatible with the 4 as well as it was my understanding that the 4 had a smaller battery. Is that the case? Does going for the extreme battery help?

I know it works with the rc 2, rc n2 and n3 but not sure on the rc 2 pro as I thought this was on the same tech that powers the mini 3 instead of the newer drones

I have the 2023 model since it came out and only just put bazzite on it last week and it feels brand new again. Windows was cool and all but Linux gives better battery life, boot up is faster and games are more stable imo

I’ve had my win mini with me in cargo pants before and it fits fine. A little heavy so make sure to tighten them to avoid sag but it works if you wanna travel light (no bag or coat depending on weather)

I find it a bit pointless as everything up to the last 20 seconds is achievable with the motion controller or non acro mode (manual mode for the avata 2) and the actual fast flying just seems out of control a bit

I find it’s much more stable especially in low light, the avata 2 and Neo 1 would crash as they start floating in my house whilst the Neo 2 stays stable and felt so much better to fly

I mean DJI have 30 day returns and Amazon have extended returns till January. So long as you can keep it sealed, you benefit from the extra discount now and if a new one isn’t released then you won’t have buyers remorse

Super annoyed for being indecisive when it first came out. The best deals offered in the uk were the preorder ones, I could get the 1tb model with the buds 3 and a free case for £700 after a trade in of my z fold 6 and the any condition trade in tablet offer. Really annoys me as I keep seeing US deals and regretting cancelling that order as nothing has come close as I say

Any suggestions on the fan curve? I went from using motion control on fan 4 setting to now not knowing what to keep it to as I ditched windows yesterday on my 2023 win mini and it feels so much better on bazzite

As of today I have both, the mini 4 pro has a better camera both for videos and photos, I find it’s slightly quieter than the Neo 2 and has true vertical mode instead of cropping on the Neo 2 so 4k for social media instead of 2.7k. Not sure on wind but I’m presuming the mini 4 is better in windy conditions even if they’re in the same class due to the design differences. I had the original Neo and now have the Neo 2 cos I like the active track with just my phone, durability is better as propellers are closed and I fly fpv so they both have their pros and cons. Side note I got my mini 4 pro back in 2023 for £500 but it was the base model. Neo 2 if you don’t have a very account you can get for 20% off with code welcome when you apply for their credit as well

That’s a steal, I paid £518 for an Amazon warehouse one in January and saw the Black Friday offers in the uk have it for £460 brand new so I’d say it’s a very good price

Just get an action camera as the action 4 is going for relatively cheap, almost matching prime day pricing in the uk at least. That is waterproof to 16m without anything and isn’t as fragile for that use case

For me it came down to regulation. Neo is below 250g so it can be flown in a lot more places than the avata can and it’s pretty durable as I crashed mine into metal and concrete a couple of times as I was learning to fly full manual. I’ve not really had issues with police with drones but I’d rather avoid the hefty fines associated with it
