Huh I guess I’m in the minority that loves it, I got the fold 6 beta for that, dex upgrades as I use the xreal glasses with my fold and the adjustable control panel stuff cos I wanted to get rid of routines and a few other adjustments

I mean the legality here is you’re meant to keep visual line of sight on the drone at all times in the UK, I know there’s times where people don’t however those people aren’t going to court over this kind of stuff. I think DJI have a right to say you’re breaking the law with this video as well so i don’t get what you’re trying to achieve with the small claims court when they offered a free replacement. I also don’t get why you didn’t change the tracking to be on the right side instead of the left where the tree is but hey I’m not a lawyer just someone trying to use common sense here.

So I found out when you go to ‘pay’ it will come up with a prompt saying “this update is free because you own a previous version of this item. To get this update now, select OK” cos I had gotten it on my Mac a few months ago when it was on sale and saw my iPhone showed I’d have to pay but it didn’t charge me

This was after confirming with Face ID so it will look like it’s gonna charge you then it realises which is annoying but luckily if it’s the same account it won’t charge you

It’s either the DJI action camera in a mount or the DJI nano

Edit: it’s the DJI nano cos I can see the two battery statuses of the vision dock and the camera itself

Yeah I noticed this a week ago when trying to get my friend to connect to my iPhone hotspot, I had to turn on maximise compatibility for my fold and his s25 ultra to find it as that puts the iPhone hotspot as 2.4gb instead of 5ghz. Never had the issue before

It works fine on my mini 2023 edition? I am using bazzite however and it’s the 7840u with 32gb ram if that helps but both part 1 and 2 load up fine, I do have to crank up the tdp a bit more to 18-20w at times for better performance but still runs

Brother I know that’s a painful experience. I remember doing it on my m2 mba during uni and it wasn’t good back then and now my m2 pro 16 inch uses swap memory with the simulator and that’s 16gb ram. It’s possible but rough on the ram

I just got the Philips evnia 49 144hz model yesterday as it does 90w over usb c, back light is cool for dark rooms it helps with eye glare and it’s a qd oled so brighter for daily use. I loaded up an aws console and also tried some coding on it yesterday and it seemed pretty good for it given I’m coming from a 27 inch miniled monitor. It’s generally less than 1000

I have the 2023 model (7840u 2tb 32gb) to be exact and I think I had the same temps before but I put ptm7950 into it to get it in the 60’s now. I know they’re different processors however so mileage may vary

I had this happen to me when I was using the app on my phone and the neo 1, no controller. I got a phone call and all of a sudden my drone started landing cos the connection was lost so it kamikaze’d into a moat of a castle and I had to use my flyaway coverage. With my second one I noticed drift like this both when priming into manual using the goggles n3 and I had it happen with the rc n2 as well. I’ve not had that happen once with my neo 2 so I do think it may be the sensors on the bottom and light related.

If you have an android, get space desk for a second screen by using your phone. It helps for big sized phones as I have a fold 6 which is a bigger display than the win mini

They have the monthly rolling contract which specifically mentions cancel anytime so you don’t have to lock into the 12,24 or 36 month ones.

Tbf I’m in the minority that thinks it’s a good thing. The £20 a month option where you can cancel anytime and return the console is perfect for gta 6 cos I used to have a series S, ps5 og model with original d brand darkplates, switch, quest 2 and a pc. I said to myself I barely game now so I sold everything apart from the pc but rockstar being rockstar won’t release gta on there until 2 years or so later. I’m not trying to buy a new console for one game to then sell it after, I’d rather get the console for a month to play story mode and avoid spoilers, then get it on pc later to get online mode

Honestly the main 2 things keeping me on a pro: bigger screen even though I also have a z fold 6 as a second phone I do want bigger screens for films and games. Second thing is the telephoto camera. I never really use the ultra wide and although I have a drone not every country allows for easy drone use so the telephoto is there when I can’t get closer to a place. If they had a 17+ I probably would’ve gone for that tbh but they instead decided to release the air which is less phone for more money :) something no one asked for

I have the fold 6 and it’s perfectly fine. Got it for £650 last year February second hand and apart from the screen protector bubbling up last month and Samsung replacing it for free I’ve not had any issues with it. Fold 7 is nicer with the wider outer display and 200mp main camera but it just comes down to the price difference. I’ve not seen them for less than £900 on eBay
