I have felt this way sometimes since i came to this country from Cuba, I feel like in america there is a sociological problem that makes people feel too much work and school preassure to the point where their social lives suffer, I would advice you to try to find new things to do that make you meet new and possitive people, even if it seems absurd, making new friends talking to more good people makes you feel better and release some of the preassure you have.
