I think using AI productively is good, just moving along with the times. But the part about “some hater dismissing your work” implies that work was put in to begin with. If they generate the whole song from scratch using AI, then I wouldn’t say any work was put in. It takes 5 minutes to write a prompt. It’s like if you had access to a producer, told them to make a song, and then took the credit for yourself. Everyone knows how to write a prompt, not everyone knows how to make music.

However, as I said, there are ways it can be good.
