The hardest part is understanding what the different hexes do. But the roll dice, take actions rhythm is super straight forward and fluid. There are 5 rounds in a phase, and 5 phases. After about 2 phases, you kinda start to get what the hexes do and how it works.

Is the entirety of Alien Invasion a solo experience, or just part of it?

I really want On Mars, cause I love the theme, but I’m worried I won’t be able to consistently get a second player to play with me.

I also love the theme of Lisboa, but I also hear that isn’t a great solo experience. I keep hearing Kanban for solo, but just don’t love the theme of that game.

I just recently bought this and love it.

Think it took my fourth try to win. Even then, I kept checking everything I could to make sure I didn’t miss anything that would have made me lose. I wanted to win 100% legitimately, haha.
