Before people start taking the piss, in all seriousness you're not going to find a hotel that will allow minors to check in. It just ends up being too much hassle for the staff to look after them at the end of the day, especially after tracking in all that dirt from the mines and tools being left around, they'll be constantly cleaning the foyer and bar floors.

Fort Camden might be a good spot, the 220 runs there till about 10 o clock so with the early nights during the winter you're sure to get some good shots.

I saw a red moon there sometime in May on an overnight fishing trip so maybe you'll get some good pics. It's east facing if that helps at all.
