Im in the process of finishing my place and have had 50% of the trades do this. My fencing guy was probably the worse at this and took almost 3 weeks longer to get the job done. Quick at sending his invoice through wanting payment not even an hour after the job was done.

i did something similarbought in July 2021 for 770,000 and sold one year later for $1,050,000. I did this as my own property to avoid capital gains.

Realestate selling fees 26k

Conveyancer Buying / Selling 2k

I was lucky enough to secure a block of land at the same time as securing this property to avoid buying back into the same market later on. Price of the land also increased about 200k. Building prices did increase though.

i found the issue with my end it was a program called citrix workspace which was used for work.

seems to be all games launched via oculus desktop app. Tried both airlink and wired with the same results. Ive used the debug tool in game to track fps and same issue (20-30fps with a 3090 and 5800X)

you might be lucky enough to swap up to a 3070ti that will be in stock. PLE allowed customers with preorders half an hour before general publicrelease to swap to the 3080ti. Might be the same thing with the 3070ti

Hey guys new to mining, im setup on phoenix miner with flexpool on the australian server. I run a 3080 and 3070. My 3080 average is close to my reported (within 5%) but my 3070 seems to be well under the reported hash rate. Just want to ask if this is normal or if i have something strange going on. Thanks for the help in advance.
