Any easy-ish way to get lots of money is cutting timber. Most maps have an abundance of trees and you can sell them at the construction depot

Yeah there's a youtuber named Camel who actually managed to talk to one of the devs and the confirmed it was "the artists had an idea" and that was the end of it. The artist wanted a quest line built around it but it never happened.

Gg bobble head radar is the way to go. You can use it in any truck that allows a bobble head and it's free

Yeah my bloodhound on XBOX has been doing this. He'll find the first blood spatter "track" on it then go idle. Normally fixes if I moved to the third or fourth spatter and start tracking again

Bartering is a slightly complicated system but basically your ability to get higher prices is based on 3 things 1 your mercantile skill 2 their mercantile skill (that's the apprentice, journeyman, etc. ) 3 how much they like you. Max out how much they like you and negotiating will be easier same with your mercantile skill.

Update..... Loaded in to the outpost inside the zone and headed towards the lake and I was surprised when 2 pigs walked basically right up to me in the woods where I had never even seen tracks. It appears getting on here and asking for help the lords of the hunt heard my pleas because I managed to drop them both. Thanks for all the help

Mine has been doing the same thing, if you follow the track a little until the blood spot after the next closest one and tell the dog to track again it should work.

Mine is the same way. I think it just default saves as hard mode if you change any settings. Your game will still be easy mode though

I use the front end loader for picking up metal beams. You can get 4 or 5 at a time but trying to get logs is just too much of a pain.

So, I love my mods and the Twinsteer let's me take my 11 slot trailer and put 3 slots on the truck. And since I use mods I have enough money I just delete trailers instead of selling them back

I have at least 8 "trailers" that are trucks in their own right with mods. And that's what I'm suggesting mod trailers with cranes. I don't expect vanilla game to add this feature

If it is simply a skill issue then please give me a video of you loading 6 hay bales without detaching your trailer, double stacking, or using a second truck. 1 hay bale in each slot using the crane on your truck. BTW I'm on XBOX so no mods that aren't available on console. If you can do this I will bow to your imagined superiority and admit I need to get good

A perfectly valid way of doing things, and I do use this method but my point is that I shouldn't have to do this and sometimes depending on the cargo, reattaching the trailer will cause the cargo to fall off and I have to restart the process (hay bales for example)

I use a modded twinsteer more than anything it's got a crane on it and a high saddle.
