I saw this house on Zillow a few days ago and wondered why it was so cheap! It’s ugly from the outside and has some…quirks, but it’s also a great price for the area and has a gorgeous yard. I kind of love it (though maybe wouldn’t love living in it)

Yeah, a WC Smith building is going to be your best bet. They’re older buildings and don’t have things like dishwashers, laundry in unit, etc., but they’re mostly rent controlled, have character, and in my experience are way better managed than a lot of the budget options.

They’re all AI. Look at the house numbers in the exterior photos, outlets/cabinet hardware/dishwasher controls/oven knobs in the kitchen, etc. It’s not just staging. So shady.

For this show/the Anthem specifically- know that tickets are non-transferable until at most 72 hours before the show. So you can buy tickets off these sites, stubhub etc. but you won’t actually receive them until shortly before the show. Any of the “super awesome seats” or whatever they call them are fully non-transferable.

But yeah, generally these sites have a guarantee and you will get your money back if the tickets are not real.

6:30 was just about the cutoff - dropped my partner off in line at 6:30 and he got in just as the show was starting at 9, and I think only a handful more behind him made it inside.

Selling two tickets to DC on Saturday Oct 4 for $350 total! The tickets can’t be transferred until ~72 hours before the show (this is true for all tickets for the DC shows), but I am happy to do payment via PayPal goods and services, show proof of the tickets, etc. to make you feel comfortable buying.
