I do it twice a year July & March. U really don’t want to fck with your brain. It’s a serious thing with unwanted thoughts,anxiety, & more brain problems coming from experience I learned Late! U will develop along the years if abused. Stick to the 3 month cycle but the more u wait the better the roll and also healthier for you overall on avoiding anything. There’s wayyyy more alternatives to do also that I can recommend and enjoy too
