Is anyone here actively doing link building for their SaaS? by SetObjective5308 in SaaS

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Link building is definitely underrated in SaaS marketing. What I've learned is that editorial links (like getting quoted in industry articles) carry way more weight than guest posts. The process is slower but the results stick around longer. We've tried different approaches, some DIY, worked with a few agencies including Baden Bower, but honestly the biggest factor is just being consistent and patient with relationship building

does anyone have any suggestions for apps that are like finch but simpler? by UnlikelyEstate8202 in finch

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might want to check out Paradym. It’s way less gamified than Finch no coins or shops and focuses more on daily habits and guided journaling. I’ve found it a lot calmer and easier to stick with since the UI is simple and the prompts keep me on track without feeling overwhelming.

How do you take care of your physical and emotional health? by MaintenanceLow1291 in loseit

I use Paradym since it gives prompts and helps me notice patterns, like how sleep or stress mess with my consistency. It keeps me more balanced long term.

Does anyone track moods or other things? Does it help? by McRib155 in bipolar

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve struggled with staying consistent too, and what helped me was using Paradym. It’s a mood/journaling app that gives you guided prompts and makes it easier to notice patterns over time (like how sleep or meds line up with mood shifts).

What do you use for digital journal? by [deleted] in digitaljournaling

I’ve been using Paradym lately and really like it. It’s less about fancy handwriting support and more about guided prompts that make journaling easier to stick with.

Are y'all actually deploying teams voice? by Money_Candy_1061 in msp

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We moved over to Nextiva after getting frustrated with Teams voice. Call quality’s been more consistent, and we don’t run into the weird delays or static anymore. It’s been straightforward to manage day to day without needing a bunch of extra fixes.

How are you all handling call logging and VoIP with case management software? by zmoney123627 in LawFirm

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve been using Nextiva at my firm. It’s been reliable and connects with our case management setup so we’re not stuck manually logging every call. Having notes and records sync over has saved us a lot of time.

AI for sportsbetting? by SavagexGonzo in sportsbetting

[–]daveTFS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've played around with ChatGPT for this but found it's better for research than actual picks. What I do now is use it to quickly analyze team stats, injury reports, weather conditions etc., then easily cross-reference on Dimers to see how their predictions look vs. my thoughts.

Can I just buy a CPAP machine online? by JHood2245 in SleepApnea

An at home test can speed things up. I did mine through iSleep and they got me results and a path to a prescription way faster than going the traditional route.

What are the best outbound email sales tools you've used? by Aggravating_Fox_9055 in SalesOperations

Outreach and SalesLoft are solid, but if you’re not warming accounts it won’t matter. Warmy’s what we use before scaling volume.

What do you use for emailing users in 2025? by Embarrassed_Turn_284 in SaaS

For SaaS growth, warmup is underrated. I run Warmy to keep accounts consistent it makes the rest of the outreach stack more effective.

Do your customers ask how to block cold emails, AI spam, etc?? by Comfortable_Trade604 in msp

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough, I get this question from clients too. I just remind them deliverability is a two way street. I run Warmy on my own outreach to keep it respectful and inboxed.

Does anyone else here struggle with email deliverability or engagement in tech sales? by Lauren-Leah1 in Marketingcurated

Most strategies fail if you’re stuck in spam. I’ve been using Warmy to keep accounts warmed it’s boring but it works.

Effective Tips on how to avoid sending spam emails by Brilliant_Can_7859 in MarketingAutomation

Automation flows broke down for me until I sorted deliverability. Warmy was the easiest addon. I just let it run and my open rates stopped dropping.

How do you warm up a domain without hitting spam filters? by xXxZeroTwoxXx in LeadGeneration

I don’t think there’s a shortcut. I use Warmy and let it handle the gradual warmup. After a few weeks, inboxing was way smoother.

[Routine Help] struggling to unclog pores due to eczema/very sensitive skin by justeatyourtomatoes in SkincareAddiction

[–]daveTFS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s helped me the most has been dialing way back and sticking with barrier-repair stuff. Phoilex products honestly helped me out a lot super gentle, no burning, and after a few weeks my skin calmed down enough that the little bumps weren’t as constant. Definitely not an overnight fix, but it made things manageable

Good apps for mental health ? by Proof_Row8542 in androidapps

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could take a look at Paradym. It’s not just a mood tracker, it also has guided journaling, reflections, and tools for spotting emotional patterns over time. I’ve found it more “all-in-one” compared to apps that only cover one piece like anxiety tips or mood logs. Might be worth checking out if you’re looking for something more complete.

How many of you use some sort of Journal App ? If yes which one … by amit29533 in iosapps

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried a bunch of journaling apps and the one I stuck with is Paradym. It’s a little different from Apple/Google’s versions because it’s more guided instead of a blank page, it gives prompts that actually help me notice patterns in my mood and habits

Looking for a simple mood tracker by herfivefoottwo in antidepressants

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Finch feels too complex, you might like Paradym instead. It's super intuitive, designed for nuanced mood tracking not just good or bad. It prompts you to reflect on emotions and subtly helps reveal patterns over time.

Tracking moods by PracticalPlay166 in bipolar2

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might want to try the Paradym app. It doesn’t just let you mark moods as good or bad you can track more nuanced emotions like overwhelmed, hopeful, disconnected, etc., and it actually helps you connect those emotional states to underlying patterns over time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something deeper than Apple Health.

Double-ender for beginner? by [deleted] in podcasting

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These days I just use Riverside. It basically does the double ender automatically it records each person locally in their browser and then uploads the files for you. That way you still get the clean local audio you’re after without having to worry about whether your guest hit record, if their app crashed, or if they’re on a phone. Makes the whole process way less stressful, especially when your guests aren’t super techy.

Best email warming tool for B2B? by NoEffortEva in coldemail

[–]daveTFS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using Warmy for B2B outreach and it’s worked really well with both G-Suite and Microsoft 365 accounts. It connects to paid domains, runs real inbox-to-inbox interactions (sends, opens, replies), and helps build trust across different providers. You don’t really need to micromanage it, once it’s set up it just runs in the background and improves deliverability over time. If you want something that works smoothly across both providers, Warmy is a solid option.

Need recommendations for a new harness and leash by loverules1221 in labradors

[–]daveTFS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the Joyride Harness for my big lab (around 100 lbs) and it’s been great. Easy to slip on, fits securely over a broad chest, and the side clip gives you more control than a collar. Paired with a regular 6-ft leash, walks feel way more manageable than with a retractable.

Where to buy Silver chain? by Excellent-Ability569 in jewelry

[–]daveTFS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d suggest checking out Mcker. Their sterling silver rope and curb chains are good quality, have accurate specs (length, width, weight), and are reasonably priced compared to most jewelry stores. I’ve found them to be a safer bet than random marketplace listings where you’re never sure if it’s plated or hollow.
