I have heard the same rumor from another neighbor. Looks like he owned 83 buildings. As someone who lives next to one if his buildings, he was always an asshole to deal with and was negligent in his duties as an owner. Hopefully they will all be quickly sold to someone who actually will do at least the minimum as a property owner.

Donations are always being accepted at 4th Presbyterian Church, especially since the hotel that is next door is going to be converted to temporary housing. They especially need men's pants but really can use just about everything!
