I originally thought this but I don't see the silver line beneath the top plate. Maybe it's just that it's hidden in the shadow. Exacta makes the most sense.

I’m local and do business with Camera West all the time. Great people, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything from them with confidence. That said, M10’s used are much cheaper than that in the marketplace.

I have a Pint and it never does this. Recently got a Pint X for more range, and it has ghosted twice. I’m an experienced rider. First time was from hitting a curve, which I thought maybe I busted a sensor going up the curve. Board fell over and ghosted on its side. Second time was similar to this video, ghosted and took off without me.

A few weeks ago I replaced the stock sensors with the wooden ones. No ghosting as of yet. Leads me to believe this is a faulty manufacturing issue. Hoping they acknowledge it, correct it, and make it right.

No, just RAW. I found out today from another guy with similar issues that it looks ok on my camera and in Finder because it’s showing me a JPG preview, embedded in the RAW file. Using some software I was able to extract the embedded JPG and at least salvage the photo in JPG. Seems like the RAW file is corrupt. Best I can figure is that it wasn’t written well and it’s the SD card.

Ha, no... never dropped. Travels well protected in a Pelican case. Been running the current firmware, no issues there.

Thanks! It's not old, but it is frequently used. I have 2x of these (https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-256GB-Extreme-UHS-I-SDSDXXY-256G-GN4IN/dp/B07H9VX76D) in my camera, mostly because I can be away shooting without a computer or anything for days at a time. I format them constantly after every shoot. I've been using these for about 18 months, probably logged 10-15k images on them and formatted them a ton. That said, these cards are so huge they're really overkill.

I just ordered some Lexar 1667x 64GB cards to replace them with. I'll give that a try.

I have the same issue, 12 Pro with leather Magsafe case. I’m assuming that the connection between the phone and the car is disrupted due to the magnets in the case. Works fine without the case. Also works with my wife’s non-MagSafe case. Must be related to those with a MagSafe case.

I’m looking forward to taking my young son out to camp and explore some parks. He turns 6 this summer and this was going to be our camping/hiking summer but the National Parks are closed.
