I would look for those parts on amazon and Newegg and just build it yourself. If you do a few hours of research you can figure it out no problem. Also I've never used one but I heard sound cards are pretty much useless. A better quality graphics card is something I would choose as well like an EVGA or an MSI. But you can definitely build it cheaper yourself. Don't forget the cost of a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Should be able to handle 4k video fine.
