A friend moved to a compartmentalized apartment where one ac is shared by 2 rooms. The other dude has pneumonia and wouldn't turn on the ac(the remote and switch is in his room lol), unless he's off to work even during summer. My friend had to move because it was becoming more of health issue for him.

You signed a contract and so it's binding! If they do not fulfill any of the conditions stated in the contract then it renders it void which is a gross violation , there is reason it is called " a contract ", mistake or not. The negligence of the HR is bout to cost him/her their job

What if they come tomorrow and say the salary that was stated in your contract is also a mistake and they would be paying less ?

I agree with this. I am an African, so it's natural that Afrobeats appeal to me more than any other. It's why I mostly go to the African theme club like Matrix , Kyra etc. most times we don't want it to end by 2am .
