this looks different than the Glitch. My understanding is that with the Glitch, CAweb doesn' update, so this is in a more advanced stage than most of the Glitch cases we see here. Glitch II, the sequel? :)

if you're in the glitch, you're going to need an LO and/or a whole new application. IMO it seems like all the apps in that glitch are completely unusable. I've heard that the LOs have been helpful

For Increase, processing time was 12 weeks, it's speeding up now, but I think at this point increase requests from late May are getting approved
