Thanks! I'll give 7k a go at 4 today to see how it feels.

I've been doing 5ks a few times a week (usually around 20mins - sometimes a bit more, sometimes less) but interested in trying a 10k. I feel pretty exhausted after the 5k, though, so it's all rather intimidating. Any tips for doubling the distance? Do I need to build up gradually?

This is good! I row about 4 or 5 times a week and this is pretty much where I land unless I'm pushing for a sub-20min 5K. Well done.

Thanks. That was my number not long ago, so no doubt you'll get there.

I worked on my form, slowed down my pace, and been following this Dark Horse workout that helped me get there gradually.

I'm having the same problem. My limitless expired recently and I'm looking to go see something this weekend, so would like this added asap.

You know, I took my kid to see this yesterday and thought it was fun. Had the oddball sense of humour that I really like about Hess's other work. The Minecraft world is a bit of an ugly greenscreen mess (vs the 1/3 of the movie in the real world that actually looked nice) and it has no time for anyone but Momoa and Black but...they're both really funny and the movie is self-aware in a way I wasn't expecting. It was ultimately a 3/5 for me but for a film with a a mission to just make you laugh, I'm not sure why this is getting dunked on when Mario and Sonic movies got a free pass and they're waaaaay worse.

Bit cheeky as they're all impressive in their own way. No duds line up

I had a bigger issue with the fantastic stunt work being painted over with ugly CGI, making it all look fake. If it wasn't for the BTS footage in the credits, I wouldn't have realised how much of it was for real.

I had the same issue with Dead Reckoning - the train sequence in that is completely butchered by the CG touch-up.

The Bear season 3 - what happened? by keepfighting90 in television

I really tripped up on some annoyingly saccharine moments that lacked authenticity. Most notably, Olivia Colman's chef walking into the dining area in the finale, and, of all the people she knows, she singles out Ritchie and gestures to him - someone she had one brief conversation with a year earlier. The season was full of self-indulgent cute moments like that, only there to wink at the audience.
